If I could only Read 10 Blogs: My favourite collection

A list of the top 10 blogs that I visit, not in any particular order

A concept inspired by Jacob Cass’ post over at Just Creative Design. I’ve put together my collection of the top 10 blog’s that I’d read if I could only choose 10. I tend to visit a lot of blogs, but there’s only a few which I will stay regularly updated on, & I’d recommend anyone who’s into Design / Development to follow these sites.

@ Zinni appreciate it, glad so many fellow designers have embraced me. You wouldn’t get the sort of welcome I’ve got in any other industry, especially from other designers who are your “competition” in some ways, that’s why I love this industry everything’s a lot more friendly.

@Eftu & Dave, thanks very much for the comments, glad you liked the links.

@Jon Phillips I don’t think any list is complete without Freelance Folder, I’m relatively new to the site but I’ve loved reading every minute of it.

@Steven - No worries about the mention, a well deserved mention I’d say!

@Bruce - Thanks, I tried to do something a little different then a standard screenshot, glad you like it :)

@Bamboo Forest - Cheers, but the comment was inspired by the post I linked to from JCD, but yeah one of the reasons I wanted to make a similar post was because I loved the title.

Loving how you present the screenshots, Liam. Much more creative than the standard 2D appearance I’d give. Was that with a camera, or using Photoshop’s skew and blur?

  • liam said:

@David - Yeah Photoshop, I tried with my camera but it’s not good enough, I definitely need a better camera. The advantages of using a camera is you get a real nice “pixelated” effect too which can look amazing done right.
